Oral Health and Insurance

You know that having your mouth cleaned is important, and we understand that finances may be a determining factor. To help put you at east, we’re happy to help you understand your treatment and payment options.

Naturally, if you call a repair shop for your car, you’ll be told that the cost will depend on what needs to be done. Your smile isn’t any different. Until you’ve been in the dentist’s chair, it will be virtually impossible for your dentist to estimate a cost. But don’t worry—we won’t start any treatment until you’ve seen the dentist, had X-rays, have all the information you want, and agree to a treatment plan.

We also know that insurance can be complicated, which is why we employ a team of Insurance Coordinators who work directly with your insurance companies so you won’t have to. When you receive your payment plan, you’ll be able to see what your insurance will cover and how much you’ll need to pay out-of-pocket. We recommend asking questions about your treatment plans and cost so you can make the best decision possible.

When a year starts, many of your benefits are renewed and ready for use. If you are interested, our team can help you understand your benefits when you call to schedule an appointment. We recommend using your benefits early so that you won’t have extras—namely extras that you can’t use—later in the year. If you are interested in using your benefits with us, please check our website or call our office to see if we are an in-network provider for your insurance company. Taking care of your oral health with an in-network provider will let you get the most out of your benefits.

Please remember that your dental health is important to us. If you are self-paying or don’t have insurance, we’re happy to offer financing options through Wells Fargo. Our team us able to help you get pre-approved to ensure that our oral health is taken care of properly.
